Every project we build is customised to suit the unique needs of the charity or community group that we build it for.
Many folks still want to get an estimated price to work with for their budget purposes, so because of that we’ve created our price estimator tool. This will give you an estimate for your project in 8 simple steps.
At this stage we need to stress this is only an estimate, and we’d need to have further discussions to give you more accurate information.
If you’re a registered charity, please be sure to let us know your Charity number in the form so that we can instantly apply Charity discounts.
If you’re a community group or non-profit, but not registered as a charity, please let us know more about your cause in the final step, so that we can still provide the best rates to help you.

Do you build free websites for charities?
The simple answer is no sorry, we’re afraid not.
What we can do though is help show you where to find possible sources of funding that you can apply for to help invest in a website.

How are payments broken up?
We usually start with a low-cost low-risk Discovery Fee which pays for initial consultation and ultimately provides a roadmap for your project
This fee can be offset against any future work with us.
Project fees are broken up into an initial deposit and a final go-live fee (which is only payable once you’re happy to sign off/go live)
For some larger projects, we sometimes include milestone payments if clients request them.
Hosting and care plans are paid for by Direct Debit on a monthly basis.
Annual fees such as domain names are paid for on an annual basis via Direct Debit.
What about a Project Scope/Brief?

Otherwise, we recommend a low-cost, low-risk website Discovery session for just £299 where we can help you come up with a clear brief and scope and sitemap for your project – and furthermore, this fee can be offset against any future project work with us.
